The Multicultural Real Estate Alliance for Urban Change is a non-profit 501(c)(3) California Corporation comprised of Realtors, Realtist, lenders, title representatives, escrow officers, civic representatives and other real estate professionals and affiliates interested in the betterment of OUR community.  The Alliance is engaged in providing education, information and works as advocates for the community.  We serve the South Los Angeles area.

The Alliance Opens Doors to Home Ownership

The Multicultural Alliance for Urban Change, along with many other participating community partners, takes a proactive approach to homeownership by raising the awareness, interest, and access to local residents.

    The 37-year veteran REALTOR® will be installed as President on Friday, January 20, 2012 at C.A.R.'s Winter Business Meetings. LeFrancis, a Multi-Cultural Alliance for Urban Change Director and second-generation REALTOR®, has served C.A.R. as 2010 Housing Committee Chair, 18 years State Legislative Key Contact, 7 years CREPAC Trustee, Regional Liaison for Strategic Planning and Finance Committee, and 18 years as an N.A.R. Federal Political Coordinator.

  Leadership Summit

On April 21, 2010, the Ethnic Real Estate Associations Leadership Summit convened in El Monte to discuss issues and mobilization of ethnic Real Estate organizations. Summit participants included CAR President Steve Goddard and members from the Chinese Association of Real Estate Professionals (CAREPA), members from the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), California Association of Real Estate Brokers (CAREB), and the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA).
